This program is designed for individuals who are looking to make a career change in the near future, go after that promotion, create work life balance, grow areas of your existing business, or take those final steps to launch a new business.

You will receive:

• Personalized direction and materials that are designed to keep you moving towards achieving your objectives

• 6 one-on-one sessions from 30-60 minutes via Zoom

• Customized action items or “homework” to complete between each session

• Email access and support over the course of the program

This program is designed to help successful businesses find efficient solutions to obstacles that may be halting growth and business objectives. Focuses on creating or building team culture, increasing employee retention rates, team building exercises, developing strong leadership skills, and creating more efficient work practices that provide better time management and increase sales opportunities.
